After a mesmerizing 20 year journey to some of the planet's most remote corners, travelling as an internationally published travel journalist and underwater photographer, Astrid plunged into the World of Real Estate in 2005. Inspired by her experiences in far away places and armed with a wealth of knowledge, she set out on a mission to bring innovative marketing technology and global exposure to Real estate in small towns and communities.

With a passion for Country and Lifestyle Real Estate, Astrid has sold hay, hemp, fruit and coffee farms and cattle ranches, horse properties, country homes and estates, building lots and off grid homes, open land, recreational land, ocean view and lake front properties, as well as rural commercial in Nevada, Hawaii and Florida.

She is an Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), licensed drone operator and E-Pro and broker licensed in multiple states.

Originally from a tiny village in Germany, Astrid has deep appreciation for the land’s beauty, spirituality, and sustainability. Now living in Hastings, a gateway to Florida's back and lake countries and only 12 miles from Saint Augustine’s stunning Crescent Beach, Astrid, her husband, and their dogs maintain a lifestyle with a close-knit connection to their land.

Astrid enjoys volunteering for the Putnam County's UF Master Gardener Program where she serves on the advisory board and is also a member of the Hastings Friends of the Library. Highly regarded by her customers and peers for her communication skills, reliability, and creativity, Astrid takes time to fully understand her clients’ dreams and visions and is expert at navigating through potential Real Estate challenges.

Furthermore, she knows how to bring buyers and sellers together and strives to create win-win real estate transactions for parties on all sides of each and every transaction.
